Free Voice APIs in November: How to Try HeyGen and Fish Audio

By AIOffers.in editorial team4 min read

Two temporary voice offers are available for developers to evaluate this November: HeyGen Voice Turbo Free and Fish Audio S2.1 Pro Free. We checked their public announcements and documentation on November 4, 2026. Both providers state free access through November 30, 2026. This guide gives you a small comparison workflow; we have not redeemed the offers or benchmarked their generated audio.

Choose the exact free route

HeyGen documents heygen-voice-1-turbo-free, supporting public and instant voices without a credit balance. A professional clone needs a different model. Its documentation describes shared capacity, possible 429 responses and no guaranteed response time. See the HeyGen model guide.

Fish Audio's zero-price selection is s2.1-pro-free. Its pricing table distinguishes that route from the paid s2.1-pro model. Fair use applies; the free announcement also discloses data retention, service limitations and commercial-use conditions. Read the Fish Audio announcement and pricing documentation.

Copy the model identifier carefully. An integration that silently substitutes a paid model can change your bill. Make the free model an explicit setting and stop on an unsupported-model error.

Prepare a short script you can judge

Use a script of roughly 40 to 60 words with one name, one number and a sentence in your target language. For example: “Welcome to our weekend workshop. The next session starts at 10:30 on Saturday. Bring your notebook and one idea you want to test. After the introduction, we will build a small demo together.”

This is an illustrative evaluation script, not a measured benchmark. Replace its details with words your audience actually needs to hear. A service that reads a generic greeting well may still mispronounce your brand name or local place names.

Run the first comparison

  1. Create an account and API key on each provider's official site. Keep the key in a server environment or secret manager when integrating it.
  2. Choose an existing voice before experimenting with cloning. In HeyGen, use a supported public voice and the exact free Turbo model. In Fish Audio, follow the current quickstart with the free model selected.
  3. Submit the same short script once to each service. Save the audio, model name and settings together. Record the date so that you can repeat the comparison later.
  4. Listen on headphones and a phone speaker. Note pronunciation errors, missing words, abrupt pauses and whether the tone suits the script. Repeat only the sample that needs a change.

The account links and conditions are collected in our HeyGen offer and Fish Audio offer.

Handle a busy free endpoint

A 429 response means the request could not proceed under the applicable capacity or request allowance. For HeyGen's free route, the provider specifically advises retrying later. Build a waiting path into your experiment and respect any retry guidance returned by the service.

For a prototype, show a clear “try again later” state and preserve the user's script. Put a ceiling on automatic retries. A queue should eventually return a useful failure message instead of leaving someone waiting indefinitely. These are suggested application behaviors, not guarantees from either provider.

Check the fit before expanding

Use a simple scorecard: understandable pronunciation, complete script, suitable delivery, acceptable waiting time and clear permission for your intended use. Mark each as pass, revise or unresolved. If a word fails, adjust punctuation or spelling and rerun the same sentence so that the comparison stays useful.

For real customer material, review retention and commercial terms first. Fish Audio warns that some commercial scenarios have restrictions and requests may improve its models. Neither temporary offer should be treated as a promise of permanent free production capacity.

What happens after November 30?

Both announcements currently state a November 30, 2026 deadline. Neither page establishes a precise cutoff timezone. AIOffers hides the active deal listings from the start of November 30 UTC as a conservative measure; check the provider if you plan to use the final day.

Before the promotion ends, decide whether to stop the experiment, choose a paid plan or move to another service. Add a usage cap before changing any model setting. Revisit HeyGen's announcement and Fish Audio's pricing for current terms.
