Spot Fake AI Tools and Free-Credit Offers Before Signing Up

By AIOffers.in editorial team2 min read

A free-credit offer can be attractive enough to make people overlook an unfamiliar domain or an unnecessary request for information. Verify the offer through the actual provider before creating an account. A directory entry or social post can help you discover a programme, but the provider's current terms should establish its availability.

Why it matters

Scam pages can copy logos and repeat a real promotion with a different destination. The strongest check is whether the genuine provider describes the programme and links to the same claim process.

A practical workflow

  1. Open the provider's official site through a trusted route and search for the programme or promotion there.
  2. Compare eligibility, expiry and the destination domain with the offer you originally saw.
  3. Question requests for passwords, one-time codes or documents that are unrelated to the programme's stated verification process.
  4. Use official support if the claim path remains unclear, and stop if the page requires bypassing a browser security warning.

An example

A post advertising student credits may link to a lookalike login page. Find the education programme from the provider's main website instead. If the official programme no longer mentions the benefit, do not assume the social post is still valid.

A mistake to avoid

Do not trust a countdown timer, testimonial or large credit amount as proof of legitimacy. Likewise, HTTPS protects the connection but does not prove that the business or promotion is genuine.

Try it and check the result

Before claiming any offer, record the official source and expected destination. If either cannot be established independently, leave the offer unclaimed until the provider confirms the correct process.
