  1. Create or sign in to your Scaleway account.

  2. Enable Generative APIs and check the free allowance and billing controls.

  3. Create an API key and monitor combined usage before the quota runs out.

Limits & terms

  • Input and output usage consume the quota. Excess usage is billed automatically; the FAQ says there is no hard maximum-billing cutoff. Project splits do not create additional grants.
  • Expiry: No calendar deadline or credit-expiry period is published in the reviewed FAQ. A recurring monthly reset is not promised.
  • Verification: Published terms and corroborating sources reviewed on 1 November 2026. Account signup, credit redemption and authenticated inference were not tested.
